This month the world learnt the names of the best in the best in travel industry. These are the winners of the World Travel Awards 2010 who were announced October 1st in Antalya, Turkey. Every year a number of travel industry players - hotels, airlines, resorts etc - are awarded with the Oscars of the travel world - World Travel Awards. In 2009 the awards are presented for the 16th time and, as usual, each winner is the best in its field. Only those who demonstrate consistence in high quality and service deserve the WTA prizes. Luxurious French hotels have changed their designation from «Palace» to 5 star. This new rating system makes it easier for international guests to choose the high quality property to stay at since the system is more familiar to them.
