Raphael hotel is a typically French hotel. It is situated near shopping center and in a short distance to the famous sights of the city. The service in the hotel is perfect. The concierge can help you with everything and the staff was very polite, friendly and ready to help you 24-hours a day. My room was very large, facing a part of the Eiffel Tower and I liked to look through the modern windows at night and to enjoy the beauty of the night - Paris. I would recommend this hotel to everybody and now I can truly say that it's my favorite hotel in Paris.

The location of the hotel is rather good, in a walking distance to good department stores and restaurants. Taxis are available too, but the traffic is not good - many traffic jams and you are getting tired of it. The staff at the reception is friendly but sometimes too much - too many smiles and too little results. And they speak English not very good.
But housekeeping staff and room service are very polite and give you all necessary information and answer your questions. And their English is much better. Although the hotel has a nice swimming pool and caf, that helps you to relax after a busy day in the most beautiful city in the world.

This hotel is centrally located close to various shops and cafes. To say truly, when I stayed at the hotel it outweighed my expectations. When I booked a room I asked about a quiet room, so when I arrived at the hotel I found out that my room, faced city centre. I thought it would be too noisy but I was nicely surprised to sleep calmly and not to notice any sounds, because the room had double windows. I liked my room very much because it was larger than I expected, very clean and tidy. I felt a little bit uncomfortable during the breakfast because it was too crowded there. The bar in the lobby was nice, full of a wide range of drinks and dishes but a bit expensive.

I've just returned from an unforgettable trip to Paris where I spent a wonderful week with my daughters. The staff helped us from the first step in the hotel - gave advices, answered our questions and also they spoke an excellent English. The hotel is decorated in an old luxurious style with beautiful artworks and nice flowers on every floor. My daughters were delighted with deluxe bathrooms and with a beautiful narrow balcony. We spent the last night in Paris with a glass of champagne at this comfortable balcony and enjoyed the wonderful view of an Eiffel Tower.

This summer I with my girlfriend traveled around the Europe and we visited Paris for 2 days. We found a rather luxurious hotel called Raphael hotel not far from the main places of interest in Paris. When we came into the hotel the staff was a little bit surprised because it's a 5-star hotel and we were wearing shorts and rucksacks ...we stayed at the cheapest room but at a very expensive hotel. The hotel is beautiful, well decorated in a French style and very cosy. I would recommend this hotel for those who loves comfort and beauty.

During staying in Hotel Raphael for about a week in December, I used to its cosiness and elegance.
The room was designed in a Empire French style, that gave a feeling of luxury and chic.
I would recommend to dine in hotel restaurant - French cuisine is more than perfect and the ambience is wonderful, so you wll spend evenings there with a great pleasure.

Last month me and my mother travelled to Cuba. We had a change flight with the stop for 2 nights in Paris. We booked in advance Hotel Raphael. The hotel was very convenient and luxurious. The time spent there was unforgettable. Personnel tried to predict any our wish. They made us an upgrade to a better room and we were very happy with that!

Hotel Raphael enjoys an ideal location, in a short distance to metro station, that gives a chance to discover city and visit famous landmarks.
As I was the first time in Paris, that was very important for me.
The comfortable room featured superb bathroom with all necessary accessories. Service was very nice. Thanks a lot to the personnel of Hotel Raphael!

Just returned from a wonderful week in Paris with my adult son and I must say that it was one of the most fantastic trips in my life. Professional staff amazed me with their attention. Concierge team organised for us excursions, air tickets, even arranged restaurant food to be brought in our room after very tiring day.
Our room was so delightful with a cute balcony where opened a breathtaking view on Paris! The room was soundproof and city noise didn't bother us.
