  • Renaissance Le Parc Trocadero changes owner 2010-01-14 17:53:57.430 The hotel is sold to Westmont Hospitality Group. A real estate investment trust Strategic Hotels & Resorts, Inc. annouced the sale of its French property Renaissance Paris Hotel Le Parc Trocadero to the hotel operator Westmont Hospitality Group. The 4 star hotel has been managed by Marriott since 2008. The property includes 116 rooms and Le Relais du Parc restaurant by Alain Ducasse. Major renovation is expected to start in 2010.
  • Renaissance Paris Hotel Le Parc renovation 2008-05-05 00:00:00.000 The hotel has completed the first stage of renovation works. The Renaissance Paris Hotel Le Parc Trocadero has completed the first stage of renovations and joined Renaissance Hotels & Resorts brand of Marriott International. It is the third property of this brand in the city.

    The hotel consists of two buildings: the first was built in 1912 , and the second - the former Hotel Particulier - was constructed even earlier, once served as a residence for Alfred Nobel and was reconstructed in 1910 in the art nouveau style. Behind these two buildings there are three "Anglo-Normand" annexes.

    The 116-room hotel became the part of Marriott International in 2007 and was closed for reconstruction in 2008. Reconstruction is scheduled to have been completed by 2010. At the first stage of renovations the hotel's lobby, bar and guest rooms were refurbished and installed with finest equipment, including flat screen televisions, high-speed Internet access and video on demand.

Personnel of the hotel is a team of professionals, working in order to make every moment of your staying there unforgettable. Don't think twice -Renaissance is more than a perfect place to recharge your batteries!

The Renaissance Le Parc Trocadero Hotel is an elegant boutique hotel that is located in the downtown of Paris. I stayed there for about 3 days. As the hotel is presented by Marriott Hotels&Resorts, it answers to the high international standards, that I appreciated. Also I should note an exceptional service, very positive attitude and attention to all my queries.

This superior hotel Renaisance met all my requirements, however I am experienced guest. Staff performeda professional support and created a pleasant environment. Furthermore it was a nice combination of price and quality.

Staying in Renaissance, I appreciated not just perfect location and hotel facilities, but also room design and unique ambience. As I used to high class service and comfortable accommodation, this hotel was suitable for me. The quality of provided services will pleasantly amazed me , so I would like to return to Renaissance hotel again!
